Census 2021 Chartiers City 1400 Harlow St On 9/1/18 the victim reported that an unknown actor forced open a rear door and entered the residence. Once inside the actor removed electronics and jewelry before fleeing. (8/31 1530 - 1721hrs) CCR 170089
