Census 1916 Beechview Fallowfield St Bridge On 7/3/18 the victim reported that he was walking down the sidewalk and bumped into an unknown actor. The actor threw the victim against a fence. The victim fell to the ground and dropped his handgun. The actor grabbed the handgun and struck the victim and knocked him unconscious. When the victim wok up he was missing his wallet. The victim took an Uber to the hospital for treatment. (Black male, 20 - 40, 220lbs, large build, dread locks, brown complexion, dark blue jump suit and white and turquoise shoes.)
